And you're evidence that those people were "grifters" is what?

My work made sit a through "seminar" one time because exec team is all white...

They though hiring this trash and wasting my time will fix the perception of all white exec team...

It did not haha but now I know what DEI actually means tho

Where is your evidence this shit has use beyond corporate PR cirlc jerk?

Ah, I see. Anectode, the plural of data.

Clearly because the specific people who your work made you sit through being pointless means all DEI everywhere is a scam.

You ain't even got an anecdote tho

What data are u relying on...

Actually what is this data even prove?

Sorry, that's not how the burden of proof works. You made the claim that DEI is a scam. It's not my job to prove that's true.

So nothing ... Ok

Correct. I cannot prove that your claim is incorrect. Similarly, you cannot prove that I don't put an invisible pink unicorn on your ceiling unless you make the specific claim that I did not do that.

Because it's not your job to prove someone else is wrong. It's your job to prove that you're right.

I made no claim. You did.

So we just gonna trust DEI grifters provide value now?

You have yet to provide any sort of non-anecdotal evidence that they are grifters.

Declaring things to be true doesn't make them true.

former Facebook diversity program manager pleaded guilty to scamming the social media giant out of more than $4 million through a scheme in which she faked business deals in exchange for kickbacks, the Justice Department said.

Two anecdotes is still not data.

I can show you plenty of other executives that have nothing to do with DEI who have been guilty of fraud.

This loser works cashier at a gas station in a racist town until evidence is provided to counter my obvious facts

Me? I don't work at all. And this is one of the less-racist towns in Indiana because we have a somewhat larger black and Latino population than many others, but it's still Indiana, so yeah, it's a racist town.

Less racist than when they lynched an innocent man back in 1900 though.

I understand you want to insult me but why are you disrespecting an honest worker?

Disgusting attitudes like these got to stop. An honest worker should not be mocked by an online tough guy tbh.

So nothing ... Ok

So you still don’t get the point. Sure, this person scammed fb. The fact that they were the diversity program manager is irrelevant and not the cause for lack of morals and ethics. You’re conflating two separate issues and saying that anyone who supports DEI will steal your wife.

You can be an honest person, and that’s good. You can be honest and support DEI. That makes you a better person.

I never an issue with working with fellow workers... I have an issue with a grifter being hired to tell me "mission accomplished" now back to slaving peasant!

People who need this shit are old and in charge, they should sit through this stupid shit if they so desire.

Sounds like you should blame your executive team for using DEI as a prop rather than blaming DEI for not being some magical cure all that would force your executives do something beyond token gestures

Cute of you to assume corpos and DEI grifters do anything beyond a charade haha

I also have a job believe it or not. We build analytical tools that are stratifiable by different types of demographics because not everyone has uniform access to healthcare. It’s a real thing even if you don’t want it to be.

I'm not curious enough to ask them, but I am mildly curious what they think the solution should be to get a diverse workforce. I'm guessing it's "don't have one."

Dear God. If your writing is indicative of what made the cut, I'd hate to see who they let go.
