Damn right. If I transitioned, I wouldn't take a lame name like Mildred. I'd go for something cool like Radicalorange or Forcefulblue.
You don't have to transition for that, most adults can get their name changed whenever they like.
There was a guy who changed his name to Sydney Harbour Bridge because he could.
