Monokai Dark Soda - I love the contrast of the default Monokai theme, but it's a bit too yellow for my taste.
My favorite is Dracula, in part because they support so many applications.
I changed my VS Code theme to Dracula around Halloween 2016 for fun. I never changed it back.
Agreed! It's on my terminal, VSCode, Vim, JetBrains, everything!

I like Nord for its cool colors and wide availability of ports. Code, Rider, and Terminal all have a nice consistent look on my machine.
