Gabbi Tuft before and after: How trans WWE wrestler transformed body
insider.com

I got this (hopefully) randomly suggested article by my news app, and it's honestly along some lines I've been trying to reconcile myself.

12

Wow, amazing transition. I had to read the article to find the pictures are the before and after of the same person.

Yes! She lost 190 lbs of muscle (~85kg for our metric friends)! That's insane, that's pretty much my entire body weight!

Thereโ€™s got to be something wrong with those numbers though. That means that she now weighs only 90 lb, I just donโ€™t believe that.

Edit: 90lb and 6โ€™2โ€ means BMI below 12.

I think she may be accounting for a change in her body fat percentage. She lost that much muscle, and probably gained some amount of body fat as her body fat percentage increased. She was at 3 to 6% before.

Good point, she doesnโ€™t look very high BF% either though.

This chick is in the top 1% of trans people, having had an extreme number of surgeries to create this Perfect Body they are after. Of course this is how she acted when she was working with a masculine figure, too... ๐Ÿค” I'm a little jealous, but I also... I find it freeing that I wouldn't choose to go through all of this. I'm a goofy bitch and that is gonna be reflected in my female appearance just as much as it was reflected in my male appearance.

I wish the article went into more detail about losing testosterone muscle

Botox injections?

Not saying I would ever to that, but I don't see any other way such a radical change is possible. I've seen that referred to as e.g. arm feminization surgery.

I mean YMMV but I'm more muscular with zero T than before, and I don't exactly "work out" I have a very strenuous job.

I wouldn't expect changes like these without cosmetic surgeries of some kind.
