What it do? Sound? Power supply?

I'm betting on power supply. I think ACL means Alternating Current Live, and ACN is Alternating Current Neutral.

I think the component to the very right is a transformer.

Edit: The yellow box is a film capacitor, here is another image. The one in OP's image is rated for high voltage. So it's definitely taking in AC.

It's the internal power supply of a bar of LED garage lights. This one made a loud pop when I wired them all up.

The pad ripped off the board.

I was able to fix it by using an empty pin on the same circuit. Soldered a wire through it, then used a butt connector for the input line and the line to the other end of the LED bar.

Yeah they'll refuse to work after that until you install at least a new smoking room, sometimes more. They've been know to trash the place in such events.
