The Reform police officer is on leave while authorities investigate the weekend arrest.

Doesn't even matter if they're caught on camera doing this. She's MAYBE going to get a slap on a wrist and maybe get a few days off work with pay and get it labeled as a "suspension".
If this doesn't get national attention, sure.
I think she catches federal charges. Local hicks aren't going to have much of a say in how this goes.
Lets hope but not holding my breath.
