You know the leader/authority figure/parent in the movie/story who treats the people listening to them horribly then gaslights them saying they're an amazing leader/authority figure/parent because they do something or don't do something? That's what christian god is like, the one who treats you like crap then gaslights you into thinking their a good person or even a great person, when they're the one in the wrong and causing all the harm.
