Right. He’s in support of peaceful protest. This is directed at the Zionist violent instigators without calling them out by name. He also addresses vandalism, but the point of the message is condemning violence.
He still isn't directly supporting the students peacefully protesting at campuses, such as by directly addressing the measures that have been employed to snuff out their free speech.
The worst thing about the campus protests is that there are no universities left in Gaza.
