Actually pretty dope. I'll still probably go with Photoshop for anything beyond cropping a screenshot though since MS sat on their hands for too long on making MS Paint better, and now I've got habits.

Why? Takes about 15 seconds on my computer if I have a bunch of other stuff running, which is always.
Paint takes less than 1 second on my system. 20 seconds is pretty crazy to do basic editing/blurring/cropping/etc.
Yup. The reason I still use paint, is that sometimes what I want to do is so simple that I'm done before Photoshop would have even loaded (which takes about 10 seconds on my pc).

Ah, it depends on the person. For me, 20 is a good time. Because I don't do basic things with photoshop.

Anything over 5 second is pretty damn slow.
