Not if he actually has ADHD... Dunno if you've ever met someone who is actually legitimately prescribed Adderall, but it doesn't make them tweak out. It makes them able to concentrate more like a neurotypical person.

Plenty of people with ADHD take Adderall because it helps them function. Don't universalize your experience with a specific drug designed to help a specific kind of brain, specially when there's plenty of people with opposite experiences.
He was a mid StarCraft 2 player who said funny things when he got mad, I have no idea how it got to this. He was never funny on purpose, it was funny watching him be salty and now hes some political commentator.
