It appears to have been a white dude. He was also wearing a T-shirt from some YouTube channel about guns apparently. That's all I've heard so far.
The YouTube channel is not political for what it's worth (imho, I've watched an occasional video from time to time the last 6+ years or so). Started as a veterinarian who shot weird shit out of a shotgun, and now makes videos doing weird stuff with guns at his range or shoots weird/unique guns.
