What are some goid "bass" songs (like good in terms of low bass/rumbliness?)
My eldest dislikes it, but she rarely ever likes anything not made of tuna. Doesn't even like catnip. My youngest doesn't mind music. The other day I spent the better part of the afternoon doing meal prep while listening to Idles, Ghost, Coltrane, and other artists on a speaker, and she went to his favourite spot to hang out, coming occasionally for scritches. Could've run upstairs or hid under furniture but didn't.
Mine mostly don't really care unless there's some kind of motion going on.
Unless you play the Eufloria soundtrack. Then the oldest one suddenly freaks the hell out and tries to escape whatever room he's in. No clue why, just immediate panic and run.
For some reason, one of them HATES speakerphone like on my iPhone.
You'd think it was the feline aural equivalent of waterboarding...
If I start playing electric guitar, my cat will always come and lay in front of my amp - in my mind she likes it

Edit: if its not too painful to recount, what was his final weight or fatness? Just wondering how urgent it is to get one of my own in better shape
Also it’s the name of a Norse skald from ancient times. We do believe it means something like “the fast” originally, but in his case the s was silent. When he was put to sleep he has diabetes and kidney failure. His weight was about 8kg.
Would he have done better if slimmer?
The doctors said it would make no difference. It was a tough decision to put him down even if we knew he would only suffer.
It still hurts missing him, but most of the time it’s all beautiful memories of all the time we had together. My SO had him for 8 years before we got together, so I only have pictures of his younger years. He was always fond of warm cozy places close to the food

What was the final pathology that led to this inevitabillity?
That was a lot of fancy words that I wish I understood. I’m betting my money (it’s not much) on this: his diabetes was because he was fat. The kidney failure we’re not sure. But the result of the mix was that he could not eat carbs for his diabetes and proteins was out of the question because of the kidney failure. We do believe (in hindsight) that he had diabetes for a few years before he was medicated.
If it’s one thing I might say kept him going for so long was that he was on science hills organic food from the beginning (real food not leftover proteins from fish industry) and the last 4 he was on diet food and later on medic food, and only wet. He had to pull teeth on one side, and always preferred wet food.
He had about two years on insulin.
My cat actively dislikes music. Pretty inconvenient seeing as I'm a musician by trade.
