You know, sword lesbians are a thing.

Well that sounds really scary

My impression is that they're like the sword guys who smith / talk about / stress test various period or customized swords on YouTube, except they're also lesbian women.

Now that I think about it, my coven-mate is an accidental sword lesbian, having inherited a Vietnam war trophy. Life gets really weird sometimes.

well what are you going to do in a tight corridor with a scimitar? Gotta have your spear for those situations. And when you're up against an animate rock monster, nothing beats the big iron mallet.

I see you, Adolin Kholin. How very un-Alethi for you to be reading and writing.

arm polyamory people with cool swords to end all of the worlds problems

I was in a poly situation once that ended horribly. I believe your proposal would in fact cause more problems lmao

Port que no los dos? I want multiple partners and knives.

Getting Into Partners - The Mountain Goats

Xfd They were my favorite band for a long time, but I dropped them shortly before GiK. They make cool dad music now, and I wad there for the devastating truama songs.

The new album is a direct sequel to All Hail West Texas if that piques your interest.
Also I can personally say that the devastating trauma songs feature heavily at their live shows.

Eh. First they changed, the I did. I still wholeheartedly recommend TMG to people, but I'm in cults for Diane Cluck and Little Mazarn now. New New Sincerity artistic movement let's go `-`

Ooh, those are going straight into the queue. I don't think anyone can replace TMG for me but the fact that they did for you I take as extremely strong recommendations.

Well now, I didn't think anything could shake my fervor for Cloud Cult, but I guess that happened. They changed, then I did. That's a good way to put it.

Yeah, if anyone has "replaced" TMG, it's Diane Cluck. She's my shaman, and while I never used that phrasing with John, TMG got me through some dark, hard times. Diane Cluck is definitely a better overall shaman, though. I'm gonna cook our decorative balcony pumpkin before it can go bad because she suggested it. She nourishes me mind, soul, and body x_x

This is pretty good. It's not quite pulling me in the way that Oceanographer's Choice and No Children did though. I'll keep listening!

Idk what you're listening to, but Boneset would be the album I'd recommend a TMG fan. It's by far her darkest, started with two songs about reincarnation

O Vanille, I'm at Hold Together. It's haunting. I'll put on Boneset next.
