Opossums are better than Raccoons.

In case people didn't know, Opossums eat ticks (lots of them), and other pests. And, they are naturally rabies resistant.
And they don't kill my chickens for shits and giggles

It was about my depression and intrusive thoughts.
I was recommended a good set of techniques for these. I also struggled crazy with intrusive thoughts. It's called ACT. The book explaining is called "a liberated mind". These conditions can be improved :)
