As a trans guy that wanted to join the Boy Scouts as a kid but couldn’t, I’m happy for the kids who will get to participate now.
Probably teaming up with the Catholic Church so they can be "Scouting America" together.
Why didn't they just go for "Scouts of America"?
Partially motivated by inclusiveness… but also trying to avoid associations with past lawsuits
Was great to grow up with male only spaces. Sad that the next generation won't get to experience that. They are missing a lot, guys don't get what they need.
Perhaps the slippery slope was right in this instance.
They don't want equality. They want superiority and believe they are owed it.
