U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin wrote a letter to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government on October 13, giving Israel 30 days to allow at least 350 humanitarian aid trucks per day into Gaza, open a fifth crossing into the enclave, and ensure access to northern Gaza for aid groups, among other specific steps outlined in the letter.

Noncompliance would violate National Security Memorandum 20, which President Joe Biden issued in February to demand credible assurances from Israel that it was acting according to international law, and Section 620I of the Foreign Assistance Act, which prohibits the U.S. from providing military aid to countries that are blocking U.S. humanitarian aid.

Louise Wateridge, a senior emergency officer for the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), said Tuesday that the Biden administration's warning 30 days ago did not improve conditions in Gaza, with aid entering the enclave "at its lowest level in months."

And what’s going Biden going to do in response?

Whatever you want him to do, the next guy would reverse it in 2 months. Well done USA.

Dudes a lame duck now, go ask Trump and the Republicans what they are going to do.

Last I check out was "Finish the job.".

Don't worry, just like how it was only fair that Ukraine and American minorities get genocided if Gaza was going to get genocided, abstaining voters have likewise decided it's only fair for the West Bank to suffer genocide if Gaza is going to suffer genocide.

If I were him I'd just say "fuck it, I'm done," hand over the presidency to Kamala for the next couple months, and enjoy my retirement.

A reminder that we still under Biden administration

Bombs count as aid -Isreal, definitely

Having just won the US elections, I'm sure Bibi is really keeping that growing stack of letters and memoranda from the White House at the top of his todo list

Yes, it's definitely Palestinians we've been criticizing, well-known for their ability to vote in American elections.

All those people who tried to save Palestinians must really regret not voting. Now that they know this supposed final warning from the administration to improve humanitarian aid was nothing more than an election ploy.

The way it is going right now Israel might just finish cleansing half of Gaza before January. Then Trump swoops in for the "ceasefire" by officially handing the ethnically cleansed half to Israel.

The Harris campaign made the decision to not break from Biden on Israel, at the cost of a +6 points gain. That's the fault of the campaign's calculations to ignore those voters, take them for granted, and instead run to the right with Liz Cheney and having the most lethal Military. That single policy change would have secured her the swing states needed to win the election.

I voted for Harris and told others to do the same. It's still on the campaign. Blaming voters is just sowing division when we need unity and solidarity to fight against Fascism.

Our first matchup tested a Democrat and a Republican who “both agree with Israel’s current approach to the conflict in Gaza”. In this case, the generic candidates tied 44–44. The second matchup saw the same Republican facing a Democrat supporting “an immediate ceasefire and a halt of military aid and arms sales to Israel”. Interestingly, the Democrat led 49–43, with Independents and 2020 non-voters driving the bulk of this shift.

In Pennsylvania, 34% of respondents said they would be more likely to vote for the Democratic nominee if the nominee vowed to withhold weapons to Israel, compared to 7% who said they would be less likely. The rest said it would make no difference. In Arizona, 35% said they’d be more likely, while 5% would be less likely. And in Georgia, 39% said they’d be more likely, also compared to 5% who would be less likely.

Majorities of Democrats (67%) and Independents (55%) believe the US should either end support for Israel’s war effort or make that support conditional on a ceasefire. Only 8% of Democrats but 42% of Republicans think the US must support Israel unconditionally.

Republicans and Independents most often point to immigration as one of Biden’s top foreign policy failures. Democrats most often select the US response to the war in Gaza.

"Half of Gaza"

"Ceasefire"

Christ. You really aren't paying attention, are you?

All those people who tried to save Palestinians must really regret not voting.

Tried to save Palestinians by ensuring the ethnic cleansing of all of Palestine. What a wonderful lot you are.

Christ. You really aren’t paying attention, are you?

Israel has constructed a road through the middle of Gaza (Netzarim corridor) and is now actively ethnically cleansing the northern half of Gaza into the south.

Yeah, and they're not gonna stop there. Like, they've openly announced as much since Trump became president-elect.

Don't forget: they're going to shoot a whole lot of them on the way through
