The one still standing is definitely doubled over laughing at their friend who just fell down.
It is the correct thing to do when your drunk friend kisses the pavement.
The restaurant in the background is called the bicycle thief. Last time I was there it was amazing! The trailer park boys used to head in there quite a bit.
Do they actually light up at night?
Can't remember, its been a bit since I was on the waterfront at night.
