Are there any screwy Soviet or Eastern European cartoons dubbed in English so a western audience can watch?

EDIT: I'll accept whatever you have—Scandinavian, asian, western europe, etc, but has to have English subtitles at least so I can follow along!

The longest (and ONLY!) one I've seen is Shoe and Shoelace on Family Guy lol

That was great. It was a lot like Ori and the Blind Forest, I thought.

I really liked the fog animation. It was such a simple effect but it was well done.

I'm going to assume that absolutely nothing was lost in translation, and those words were exactly what the creator wanted to say.

This was one of my favorites as a kid in the 90s, though I do not live in the eastern bloc.

It’s pretty trippy and weird when I look at it now, but I used to love it!

Not that screwy, but Pat&Mat was an integral part of my scandinavian childhood. So was that more famous black mole to a lesser extent.

This came along back before the Czech Velvet Revolution, but I Parádivé Sally (or About Dressy Sally as it's known in English). There are 2 distinct versions you can find on yt. It was lost Nickelodeon media before the company who has the rights to it eventually ended up uploading them to yt, the original Czech dub (with ENG sub option) and the Nickelodeon English dub.
