Never realized but why is he sleeping in his uniform?
Fairly sure that part is from Schisms where Riker and other crew members are being abducted while they sleep by aliens. At this point he knows he’s going to be abducted and has taken some stimulants to stay awake so he decided to get abducted in his uniform rather than his sleeping clothes.
Because you know Riker normally sleeps naked.
Right, and he didn't want the aliens abducting him to be intimidated

how did you get gifs to work ! it always breaks for me
Upload gif to catbox.moe and then paste the URL they give you into the post box! But videos (mp4s and others I’m sure) don’t play nice. Only ones without audio (gifs and webps)
