Epic Executive Dysfunction

This particular habit I've been cultivating for over five months. I stopped for a week because I was insanely busy, and I'm taking a break from my medication. I couldn't motivate myself to do it after going off, and I was worried I was only doing it because I was medicated. I'm happy to say I'm doing it today to prove myself wrong.

I was consistantly working out for 6 months until I sprained my wrist a few weeks back. Haven't been to the gym since. Wrist is completely healed 🤷

I believe in you, pal. Do your best, okay? You've done a great job so far.

i don't think this is how the meme format is meant to be used

If only it were so easy to break bad habits.

The trick to that is to replace one bad habit with another (preferably less-bad) habit, that last bad habit was getting kinda boring anyway.

Did this bot downvote itself?

Maybe it's doing that so that the comment doesn't appear at the top

Honestly, I don't think it did because I'm not sure it would be able to. It's a Mastodon bot.
