You guys keep coins in your wallet??? That seems like it would be terribly uncomfortable

Where do you keep your coins?

In my right pocket with my keys

Everyone know those are supposed to go in your left pocket! ...right?...

They could I suppose, but then they'd scratch up my phone screen

Are you left handed? Otherwise I must report you to the gestapo for keeping your phone in the wrong pocket.

I’m right hand dominant, and I do the same as the commenter you replied to… I thought it was a common thing!

I am also right handed and have never even considered putting the phone in my right pocket lol! I've been carrying my keys in my right pocket since I was old enough to have keys so I don't see that changing any time soon!

I keep my keys, wallet, change, pen, and anything else in my left pocket. Right pocket is exclusively for phone.

I do the same except my phone goes in the left pocket and literally everything else in the right pocket lol

I'll join the right handed person keeping the phone in my left pocket, in fact I left hand my phone, though if I need to it's easier to use my right hand when I need it, current phones are just not well designed for one-handed use.

Coins are generally pretty hard on pants pockets... Do you often end up with holes?

Nope, it's never been an issue. I would think coins would be a lot harder on a thin wallet that you're sitting on constantly

Cool. Personally my pants pockets started lasting much longer when I stopped carrying coins in them, but I'm glad it's working for you.

I've also deformed/worn out wallets from carrying coins too... So now I just don't carry them, lol.

That sounds like a lot of coins, I keep coins in the coin pocket, it's just named so for a reason.

You mean the little mini pocket inside your real pocket on jeans?

Actually called a money pocket and was meant for rolled up dollar bills.

Always heard it called a coin pocket

Well it came from the Gold Rush so coins wouldn't make a load of sense.

It was for watches originally but came to be used for coins once pocket watches went out of fashion, based on a cursory Google. I didn't see any mention of it being named money pocket
