I smoked for almost 30 years and then went like "ok i'm done now" and quite BOTH. Cold Turkey. No nicotine patches, no vapes, nothing. Gained 6kilograms though.

I try to post but I'm just so used to lurking. There was a post the other day about stash jars, and I recently bought a really cool handmade one. Should've posted.
 Leaving Reddit turned out not to be problematic and I have much more free time now.
I just don’t have the desire to use social media much to be honest, and that’s why I don’t post.
However, I do enjoy an occasional browse still and I’m grateful for some slower moving channels.
