Looks like I'm switching out my mimosas for prosecco straight from the bottle

Juice is just pop in disguise with a few vitamins. It took my entire childhood of my mom hounding me and telling me how bad juice and pop are for you for me to finally get it. Kids are so vulnerable.
Orange juice is great if you freshly squeeze it yourself.
It’s still just a tremendous hit of sugar. And when you juice it, you lose a good deal of the fiber you’d get from eating the whole fruit. Further exacerbating the glycemic problem.
Clementines will still be affordable though, right?
