A federal judge ruled to allow a lawsuit over the Twitter deal to proceed against Elon Musk, reasoning that Musk's false tweets and a comment of a poop emoji may be securities fraud.
The poop emoji was (and may still be for all I know) the Twitter response to any media questions as well. Because Musk is an adult. In his 50s.
Look, I'm just surprised he's not sharing overtly racist minions memes... Oh. Wait. No.
They did finally change it. Now they get a canned response about being busy, iirc.

It's fantastic example of why age has little to define exactly that.
He always looks like the "pompous buffoon" character in a Jane Austen novel who looks at the main character and says "I shall have her! She will learn to love me!" before she marries the one who doesn't...act like that.
