Apple has gotten terrible. If i don’t proofread it will change words to what it thinks they should be without prompting me. Also, editing sentences on iOS sucks. They changed that too. That way after they fuck up my sentence it’s also way harder to go back and fix it.

But at least they have blue bubbles!

I know right. I’ve been really thinking about going Samsung for my next phone. Honestly, I hate this iPhone so much.

Do you use an apple computer?

No, I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge fan of ummmm Macs? Are all Apple computers Macs? I genuinely don’t know. I have used them, and they’re ok. But, for the same amount of money I can make a better PC. Since I’m a poor lad I was able to buy my pc one piece at a time.

Yeah, Macs are apple computers. I probably should've phrased it that way. Anyway, given that you're not deep in the Apple ecosystem, it will be easier to switch to android.

Nah, you’re good. I wasn’t trying to correct you. I for real wasn’t sure lol. But, yeah that’s how they get ya. I have a watch that would be a few hundred dollar piece of junk, but I only use it to find my phone.

I've found SwiftKey predictions have gotten super terrible recently. They used to be very good. I blame AI.

That's disappointing to hear. It's the only keyboard that manages fine when I hit another key instead space four words in a row.

I've found exactly the same thing, actually. Although it seems to be getting better again.

I've seen this with gpt4. If I ask it to proofread text with errors it consistently does a great job, but if I prompt it to proofread a text without errors, it hallucinates them. It's funny to see Microsoft having the same issue.

I'm pretty sure MS uses GPT-4 as the foundation of all their AI stuff, so it's not surprising to see them have the same issues. Funny, as you said, but not surprising.

Welcome to you are DOOM!
