I was there, three thousand years ago, then the strength of Bethesda/Obsidian failed.

I think my next challenge run should be beating the PS3 without reloading. If the game crashes or I clip into a rock I need to start over.

I only played as a woman character, with black widow perk, so I could have sex with Benny and kill him.

As someone who has never played any of the FO games (but has seen... 4[?] played through), I'm just imagining playing as a spider-lady that can eat people and I refuse to believe otherwise.

What is the 4gb patch?

New vegas has a memory leak, is a mess without it.

Idk that I'd call it a mess, but yeah not sure what the flex is here.

First download for any Fallout or TES game should be the unofficial patches.

It allows the program to use more than 4GB of RAM, as most modern systems tend to have. Without it, it might not even run on windows 7 and above. You may also need a fix for infinite loading if you run the game on an SSD.

What could possibly be causing that? I realize that Bethesda is widely renowned for its prowess in pushing the limits and creating never-before-seen categories of bug that were previously thought impossible, but having a glitch be caused by the storage device the game is installed on being too fast seems like a stretch even for them

Makes the Fallout Executable aware of memory above the 4GB RAM limitation of 32-bit systems, which helps with the RAM-leaking bucket 'o holes Bethesda engines are

What's the infinite money glitch?

I had plenty of money, but having a character with maxed out luck sure makes black jack easy

It was some menu glitch where you can sell a vendor's wares back to them.

Oh shit lol. Would have been easier than playing so much black jack

I've only played it through once, full vanilla on steam deck. It was pretty good

I should buy a steam deck too, one day i will

I've gone through a bunch of times over the years, I don't think I've ever used a mod or downloaded any third party patches.

I've cheated plenty though, but I also like doing hardcore playthroughs with minimal gear so it balances out.
