Almost impossible to find something without installing MAME and taking a screenshot myself. But I got a blurry cap of the back of the 4x4 (which is green, not white):
You can barely make out the text, which was removed from the console versions of the game.
Add: And for the first time ever, I now notice that right above the plate it literally says Jeep.

Yeah it's a small sub set of the total - only a specific engine combination made between x and y dates.
