Sites for downloading high quality music files

I am making a script that can download high quality music files, currently from free-mp3-download.net and slavart.gamesdrive.net. Are there any others? I could look into torrenting things automatically and maybe looking into Lidarr? Not 100% on how that works but any ideas on what else I could add or links to other places I can download high quality music files lmk.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I've found Jackett that could be promising, but still open to other ideas/sites.
EDIT: Thank you all for your responses.

But use nicotine+ as the client instead of soulseekqt. Is better.

As a new user of ss/nicotine+, I absolutely love it. Even found some TV episodes I've been missing. I need to figure out how to share over VPN though, since my VPN doesn't support port forwarding :(

Yeah mine used to support port forwarding and I'm still mad they stopped. You can use the VPN though and slsk without PF, but you'll only be able to connect to people who do PF, so you just limit your connectability.

Try soulseek, has been a while since i used it but you can find almost anything there from my experience and in good quality too

I have downloaded 4TB of flac from Deezer using DeeMix downloader. U now need a premium account for flac and DeeMix is no longer supported but it still works.

I use a similar approach with Tidal and Tidal-Media-Downloader. I use a paid Tidal account to integrate into my Plex library, then scripted downloads to ensure that stuff stays in my Plex library.

What kind of files can you get, and do they come tagged well?

I get .flac files that are generally tagged with everything except genre. Bandcamp (where I legally obtain files when I can) doesn't tag genre either, so it's at least consistent across my library.

ARLs for FLACs are easily available. So Deemix still works smoothly.

The only issue I have found is that it often doesn't download LRC files.

I'm getting all my music for free from Youtube Music with yt-dlp

Quality of YouTube downloads ain't anywhere near the 'high quality' OP is after.

Propably yes, but not because of the codec google uses.

Best you get from YouTube is 128kbps (ish, it's VBR) without paying or 256kbps with Premium. I would consider high quality to start at 320kbps minimum.

That's not true, youtube uses opus with vbr up to 160kpbs without premium. Premium gets 256kbps aac. 320kbps with opus is overkill

Imo Yt Music has way better quality than atleast Spotify and it has almost everything you'd ever need

You are correct that it's 160kbps, I spoke a bit too vaguely as most of them are listed between ~95-130 by my music software instead of the peak of 160. I still maintain that YT Premium are "good enough" and not "high quality", but that's a highly subjective statement. The point remains though that you cannot get that 256kbps without paying.
