nothing could possibly have prepared me to read those words on wikipedia.

Michael Dow, a linguist at the Université de Montréal, wrote an article analyzing different uses of the suffix, such as the merging of "Margaret Thatcher" with "-ussy" to create the portmanteau Thatchussy.

Ok Michael

Why, I have a PhD in linguistics and several years of research in the field, yes. You might know my groundbreaking work, my opus major, about the thatchussy.

Reagan wanted some of that Thatchussy 😏

Margaret Snatcher works so much better.

-ussy is a terrible suffix for portmanteaus.

If I'm correct about how much the Wikipedia editors hate fun, there's no way that article is going to stay up long.

What? I don't understand.

I refuse to believe that someone on blahaj isn't at least exposed to *ussy discourse

Depends, if they were a sex jokes I ignored them (See this page on why).

If they were trans/egg jokes about pussy they probably flew over my head because I do not relate to Women's experiences (really actually gender as a whole, see this page for more info on that).

So it might be accurate to say that I may have been exposed to it at some point here but it never stuck with me and I don't remember it, either because I didn't get it or because I ignored it due to it being a gross/uncomfortable discussion.

It's like a pizza, but also a pussy. It would be wise to let the calzone cool before inserting appendages tho.

Don't let it cool too much, though.

That sounds kinda gross to be honest, but hey different strokes for different folks I guess.

Don't take it personally I'm Asexual and sex-repulsed.

It's part of a general joke about appending -ussy to more and more nonsensical things, implying that one is viewing this thing in a sexual context. Turning to a friend after watching Godzilla and saying 'yeah I'd love to get some of that Godzussy' is immediately funny. The pizussy is just another example of that.
