There are a few subs that went into every subscriber is a moderator mode. Is this one of them?

You don't automatically become a mod. You automatically get invited to become mod and you still have to accept the invitation. But yeah, it could be that they forgot they accepted an invitation.

Sorry for the double crossposts. When you pull up a community to post to it can be confusing.

It's probably a feature to make it easier to bring in scab mods.

That's absolutely hilarious. I kinda wish he would've tested it to see if it would actually register his mod action. After all, those are easily undoable actions, so there's no harm in testing.

I thought this was about Lemmy at first and my concern washed away into amusement of the reddit shitshow.
