mintgoth: just learned that the word "ferret" is derived from the Latin word furittus meaning "LITTLE THIEF" and that a group of ferrets is called a BUSINESS and i am absolutely pleased with this new knowledge

insomniac-arrest: I am enriched by this knowledge, thank you

Who oranged this post

furret walk

Dun dun dun, dundun, dun dun dun, dundun, dun dun dun.

Dun dun dun

So a group of thieves is a business, huh

Just listen to the word. Busy with what?

One of our ferrets used to steal things and hide them in the arm rest of one of those old wood frame grandma couches. We had to periodically flip it over and fish out whatever had wound up there. One time we found a steel shoehorn, none of us had ever owned a shoehorn. We called it the giving couch

Ferrets are WAY cuter than billionaires

Yes, but that's a really low bar to clear.

Like saying "cereal is WAY tastier than duct tape".

You're not wrong, but... It's almost an insult to ferrets.
