Huh. I have never intentionally seen an actual photograph of haggis but I always thought it was slightly more... Sausage-y.

It's pretty crumbly but honestly haggis probably has one of the most undeserved bad reputations out of any food. The 5-6 times I've tried it it's always tasted great. They went to extra trouble to make this plate look like shit for the memes.

It’s intestines. I’ve had it. You think it’s gonna be yknow, ok, you think oh I’ll just brave it, but… it’s foul.

Some food is only around because people were starving so you’d eat anything no matter what, you wouldn’t waste anything. Those foods somehow got canonized, hooray tradition 🤮

The haggis is on the right. I had it with taters and neeps (turnips) at a pub in Scotland. Was a bit turned off until I took my first bite and, wow... it was delicious

Why is the mash brown? And why does it look too gloopy? I have a theory that this lunatic has mixed gravy directly into the mash.
