Don't know if it's collateral or intentional, probably impossible to know for sure. I'm sure that at least some of it is intended, probably to 'reduce Hamas communications' or whatever.

This war is truly a mess.

I would believe intentionally, but completely agree on your last sentence.

Everyone keeps saying, "Israel can be super accurate with targeting if they want to be," but equivocate by saying, "I don't know if it's intended..."

It's one or the other, assholes. Stop changing the story.

I never said that even once.

What I do know on the other hand is accident or not, innocent deaths are happening, targeted or not civilians are dying. I'd it isn't murder it's manslaughter, (although American crimes are not relevant here, they make a good comparison.) There is not a single good thing coming from this war.

IDF doesn't exactly release their reasoning behind every strike. That means all these arm chair military strategists make up whatever they feel like it is.

Now the genocide can go unwitnessed.

Today with Internet connectivity crimes are more likely to be seen, but so is propaganda from the perpetrators.

Now they've removed the former and preserved the latter.

Another extreme is that 100 years ago it was easier for witnesses to somehow get out, and today one can virtually track every inch of the perimeter and prevent attempts with precision munitions.

Which is why I don't think saying Israeli special services didn't somehow "miss" the attack or "fail" is promoting a conspiracy theory. They are led by people capable of thinking inside that logic and they are confident that they can contain the consequences as they already have.

This wouldn't be the first time of such a provocation in well-established history, and even in modern history. It's just that people usually easily forget the details of how wars start (Archduke Franz-Ferdinand's murder for most of the world or 22 June 1941 for ex-USSR etc would seem notorious exceptions, but they are really not, nobody except historians remembers the context of preceding and following days).

IDF have been known to shot journalist, bombed Associated Press & AlJazeera buildings...you sure news media exist to report on the genocide on the ground?

That sub was formed after Syria’s internet was cut off by government, to focus on engineering an internet that can’t be cut off by government.

I’m not much of a subject matter expert myself, so it would take a lot of legwork to figure out what content to seed it witth.

I’ll consider it and might do so. First I need to evaluate if I can take on a new responsibility. I do think it would be pretty meaningful considering the humanitarian effects of network blackout, but I’m struggling to even keep my job.
