If only Trump supporters were silent. What kind of silent majority goes around with flags on their trucks blocking traffic and honking horns?
I saw some idiot today following his wife around the grocery store with his trump shirt, hat, and jacket. It's just such a dumb thing to make your whole personality.
They have no personality otherwise.
And then there are the people who have been flying Trump 2024 flags outside of their houses since 2020. There's one near me that's so faded and ragged (Made in the USA, I'm sure, definitely not cheap Chinese crap) that you can barely tell it's a Trump flag.
What kind of fucking moron could mistake his supporters as "silent" they literally never shut up. Their listening to speaking ratio is probably the lowest in the history of humanity counting the deaf.
The New York Times. Absolutely one of the main drivers of trump’s 2016 illegitimate “win”.
More “her emails” articles than “trump is a demented rapist fraud” articles by 100%!
More “her emails” articles than anyone else in history!
Fuck the NYT. Fascist bootlickers, putting all the actual questions in the Opinion section, leaving “Trump Cages Children, Liberals Outraged” to the front page. Fuckers.
They betray journalism itself. Own it you bastards! Dissolve out of shame!
What gave it away? Was it that he lost the popular vote twice?
I think it was the reporters going into a diner try try and interview a bunch of his supporters and finding that the place had been closed for a few years. /s
I don’t really think they’re evil. Just stupid. Evil is aware of itself. MAGA voters aren’t. They’re just endlessly stupid.
So maybe the silent majority needs to start finding their fucking voices.
The silent majority very specifically is unengaged, and that's where swing voters come from.
It is a well-known (in political circles) electoral truth that all the money spent, all the speeches, and all the commercials, exist only to persuade about 7-8% of people that are otherwise totally disengaged and have no prior opinions.
This is how elections are won right now, for better or for worse.
This is the best summary I could come up with:
It’s for good reason that the results of the 2016 presidential race shocked, surprised and unsettled many millions of Americans, including the small class of people who write about and interpret politics for a living.
Republicans vastly underperformed expectations in the House, winning back the chamber with a razor-thin margin, and Democrats secured governorships in Kansas, Michigan and Wisconsin, among other states.
“Since 2016,” wrote Michael Podhorzer, a former political director for the A.F.L.-C.I.O., in a post for his newsletter last summer, “Republicans have lost 23 of the 27 elections in the five states everyone agrees Democratic hopes in the Electoral College and the Senate depend on.”
There’s been no shortage of critics of the disqualification effort who have asked us to consider the consequences for American democracy if Trump’s supporters believe he was cheated out of a chance to run for president a third time.
But I think we should also consider the consequences for American democracy if the nation’s anti-MAGA majority comes to believe, with good reason, that the rules — and the Constitution — don’t apply to Trump.
While the squash cooks, prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, honey, cumin, cayenne and black pepper.
The original article contains 1,359 words, the summary contains 204 words. Saved 85%. I'm a bot and I'm open source!
I thought at first “while the squash cooks” was the beginning of an idiom i’ve never heard.
Shh…that’s the secret coded message for the rebellion.

Yeah he speaks for the extremely vocal minority
He speaks for the clinically insane.
Fascism isn't insanity. Just evil
