I don't think confiscating things is logical, I just think there should be stronger controls online, maybe closer to Japan. they make you login to your Google account to verify your age before showing search results with any porn. What they don't do is connect information on everyone entering every site... Obviously this isn't what North Carolina is doing, but I figured this was a forum where discussion was allowed.
