I relate too much to this. I also often end up on YouTube for hours like this. Im in the process of being diagnosed if I have adhd and whatever i have, adhd or not, I just want help to make it stop ruining my life so much

Oh noo I'm being sucked into the misinformation vortex of YouTube shorts.

If only I didn't keep scrolling, thinking I'll just look it up in a second. Now it's gone forever.

I've actually learnt to retrace my steps. If a video inspires me to google something, I go back by a couple of minutes, try to repeat the train of thoughts I had, and it often works.

Honestly look more like "why did you interrupt me for nothing?"
