Glad to hear! I was getting pretty sick of hearing how embarrassed boring people were on my behalf.

Unironically yes. You have to stop letting the potential disapproval of others stop you from being yourself. Sure, you may be cringe in the eyes of some, but it is better to live in cringe than die repressed.

Any comedian can tell you, they've said way more cringey shit in their lives than funny shit.

Listening to comedians talk about doing comedy sounds like it's more of an endurance game than anything. Just bombing and putting yourself back out there until you're really good.
