They go break into the capital and prevented the certification for 3 hours by making congresspeople fear for their lives. And during those 3 hours instead of calling in the national guard to disperse and clear the capital of the violent protestors Biden calls state DNC officials and leaders to try to send illegitimate electors to use to prevent certification. If Congress wasn't worse than useless he should have been in prison the next day.
