Gym 5x a week, and my spare tire remains

It is body

And speaking of that erroneous apostrophe... why is it in a different font from the apostrophe in "cow's"?

It's is used as a contraction for "it is", however, its is used as a possessive noun.

Edit: I am a dumbo. I read your comment wrong.

I haven't handed out a weasley in a while. Good job!

TIL expecting third grade grammar skills is unreasonable

Northern Irish, so apparently a Transatlantic voyage by this supposed fuckweasel, which is impressive. Also, it's not pedantry to correct errors. It's an opportunity to learn, which is always a good thing.

Body fat is more related to diet than exercise. Reduce calories eaten and fat will go down eventually. I stopped eating any fat for a while and my body fat dropped really fast.

Fat is essential, hope you mean reduced not completely stopped

That shit can mess with your hormone production

I’m sure I got some from meats still, but I tried to avoid it to the extent possible. I had some other issues going on. What are the hormone impacts?

You lose weight in the kitchen.

You gain muscle in the gym.

The first of those is honestly harder, which is why I'm still overweight.

How do you know it has peace of mind and is not just lying down because the constant panic is exhausting?

5x is a lot!! Don't hurt yourself

And don't worry about the spare tire, just take care of yourself, my folk. I'm sure you're doing great

My type A personality demands perfection (and rotator cuff injuries)

What's more perfect than the perfect balance of exercise and recovery.

But I get the urge to workout like a fool. I would go running every day if I could get away with it.
