"Dwayne we need you to play a guy in a jungle with a high pitch comedian sidekick."

"I'll bring my jacket."

therundownrock Don’t know why they didn’t throw this one in there

Welcome to the Jungle?

I thought all of them were from welcome to the jungle...

Welcome to the Jungle or Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle?

the rundown in USA. top 10 in my book

The Rundown is a freaking solid action comedy! Stifler brings great comedic energy. Walken is an awesome antagonist. Rosario Dawson steals every scene she's in. All around great time!

Does anyone even like the Rock in movies anymore? He brings nothing to the table, definitely nothing new.

He fills that I don't want to think just relax for a couple hours Itch. The movies aren't great but not bad either. You can just zone out and enjoy escapism.

My ex had a massive crush on the Rock. So we'd go see every movie. I was happy that she was so excited and it was a great time. Like you said, I'm not watching a Nolan or Scorsese movie and my expectations were pretty much met. I honestly couldn't tell you the plotline to Rampage or the Skyscraper neither.

the rundown is in my top 10. loved his earlier stuff. and seann William Scott.

He has a really likeable persona but he's honestly not a great actor. I would say "Ballers" was one of his better acting roles.

Lemmy recycling stuff that's already well past its used by. I wish this particular rock related post would go away already. I'm betting all the movies pictured are over 7 years old, and none were famous.

The third jumanji movie is only 5 years old.

THERES A THIRD ONE??

NGL the first two were better than they had any right to be.

Counting the Robin Williams one, but I think a third is planned for the new series.

What about the one where he played a shape shifting demigod? Slightly different wardrobe but definitely some tropical settings there.

Fascist.

Edit: My mistake, I was misinformed. He's not a fascist.

W……what?? If this is meant to be a joke, ok, but not well executed. If it’s not, please do not cheapen the term, especially in these times

I’m assuming he’s referencing the Rock sticking with Vince McMahon and/or his pro-Israel stance.

That and putting out a statement about not endorsing anyone that was basically a whistle blow so conservatives feel good about giving him money. Not that they ever stopped anyways but you know, can't risk not having another million on top of your million pile.

Those things and his complaints about woke culture which aligns with fascism, but I don't think he's actually a fascist after looking into it more.

No, anyone who is not completely aligned with my political beliefs is a fascist

No, you're right. He endorsed Biden, then said he regretted it and went on a rant about "woke culture". You can call him a fascist because he's offering an alt-right complaint, and regrets endorsing the non-fascist candidate.

He's at the very least a shithead.

Yeah, I think shithead is appropriate in this case, but fascist is using an already abused word incorrectly. I don't see evidence that he's a fascist.
