If you happen to have this problem, however, a meal replacement drink like Soylent can be a godsend. It's pretty hard to eat a nutritious 2000 calories if you have to wait until you're really high at 9pm to start eating.

I added some lettuce, kale, mustard, upped to 3 cans of sardines and a few handfuls of nuts a day. Felt awesome. Woke up early and wanted to work out. Slept an hour less and felt more rested. Lots of extra free time with no cooking or eating out. I kept eating pretty similar until my next doctors' appointment. My blood work came back perfect except I was low on sodium. Weird?
This weekend I visited some friends and they offered me an ordinary 5% beer. I felt drunk after half the can and didn't even want to finish it. Not normal for me at all.
TL;DR: I got superpowers but alcohol is Kryptonite now.

Yesterday, I had half a box of cheez-it duos (sharp cheddar and parmesan) at about 2pm...after getting up about 8am and going for a run at 11am. Didn't eat again until I got home from picking up my wife at the airport at 10:30pm. I ate about 3 servings of tater tots. Didn't eat again until 6pm today. Fucking hell that's not great.
I had a sandwich today.
It was good.

Mix with soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, then add some chicken, scallions, and some bean sprouts and you've got a damn tasty dinner.

I do recommend orange marmalade over OJ though. Thickens a little bit better, if you do use oj, you may want to thicken your sauce with a little corn starch

Sometimes chicken, but that mostly depends on if I've got the motivation or the left overs.
Breakfast - The Shake:
80g of Oatmeal
100g of Frozen Berries
260ml Oatmilk
Scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein
Blend and add cinnamon powder
Lunch:
200g of Rice
150g Black Beans
150g Sweet Potatoes
100g Chicken Breast
Afternoon Snack - Overnight Oats:
60g of Oats
150g of Greek Yogurt
120ml of Oatmilk
Whey Protein
(Mix it)
Add chopped Strawberries, crumbled Graham Crackers and Cinnamon.
Let it sit in the fridge since the night before or the morning. Best afternoon snack
Dinner:
Similar to Lunch

Breakfast: lost to time.
Lunch: a morsel of raw squirrel meat.
Supper: 12 frozen hotdogs with mayonnaise and hollandaise sauce.
