Imagine not learning your lesson about going for the hook.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice the shame is still on you i'm a fucking fish

“There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.”

― George W. Bush

Such wise words

I read that he had to change it up on the fly because he didn't want someone to have a clip of him saying "shame on me". If that's true it wasn't a terrible move. Just not very graceful.

fool me once, shame on you, but teach a man to fool me, and i'll be fooled the rest of my life

"You fool me once you ain't gonna be fooling me again"

~George W

You know I've always seen that as less him fucking up the saying and more him deciding to use that opportunity for a veiled threat.

Like "fool me twice shame on- fuck that I ain't getting fooled again"

Yo ho, yo ho

Near the hooks, I'll never go

Spongebob, let me ask you something: does this look dangerous to you?

What they didn't tell you is it's a backyard pond with one fish in it.

Or that the images are reversed, and he caught a fish with a scar then cut the scar open for internet points.

/s although possible I don't think that's what happened

Lucky fisher, unlucky fish, or masochist fish?

If you fish something, set it free. If you fish it again, it's yours fishever
