I saw this with a different picture attached to it some time ago, so I Assume it's either fake or bait.

If the point is for your kids to have straight teeth, then yes. If having straight teeth makes you happy, then no.

reminds me of the Chinese man who sued his wife (and won) because his child was born ugly and his wife didn't tell him she had heavy plastic surgery

Not only was this a hoax, it quite literally ruined this young Taiwanese model's life. There was a video online that went on to show the repercussions of the fake meme. She basically was the laughing stock for all the major modeling outlets and went from booking deals to zero deals. The messed up thing was she wasn't even married with kids or even had any surgery done. She basically was the first internet doxx.
