This makes no sense. The USA was created billions of years ago. God made the rest of the world 6000 years ago, so there would be places to bomb.

I always assume these people are trolling.

I could've believed it if not for the reply. The reply simply makes it too over the top to be real.

That thought occurred to me, but I've met people this stupid and it's like talking to potato salad.

Kind of amazing how often people fall for obvious trolls. I pray to god none of the upvoters ever run across a con artist.

We have a tree in our village that's like double the age of the USA

The US has trees that significantly predate it, and is home to a tree that is assumed to be the oldest living organism on earth.

Just wait until someone crashes their brodozer into it and kills it

Some scientists drilled into them and everyone got mad

In the Beginning, God said "Let their be McDonalds! And there was. And lo, he saw that it wasn't good."

"1776 would like to know your location"

1492? what happened in 1776?

The United States was founded? 4th July 1776.
Columbus reached the Americas in 1492, but it wasn't the US then. There was a whole revolution and everything.

To be even more pedantic, Columbus arrived in South America. He never saw any part of what would become the U.S.

Also we celebrate the birth of our nation on July 4th, the supposed anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, but it was actually signed over a period of several years and wasn't even the Country's first governing doctrine.

And just because it's a fun fact I like, Florida was a Spanish colony for longer than it's been a U.S. state.

Is it still within the return period?

Leif Eriksson would explore and document his travels to North Ameria around 1000AD. The land they called Vinland being known now to be Newfoundland. Newfoundland is the only place in North America with physical evidence of Norse settlement but most Inuit men from Labrador share DNA with North western Europeans.

Columbus explored the Caribbean Islands in 1493 and would later sail the South American coast.

John Cabot explored costal North America(Specifically Newfoundland) in 1497AD.

  1. they're probably thinking of the north america landmass not the countries on it

  2. the earth was not created 2023 years ago

The funny thing about the "earth is 2023 years old" -claim is that it comes from christianity, more speficly 0 A.D. Because "true christian doesn't believe in evolution", but what they fail to understand, is that the "year zero" (introduced 525 AD) in Julian calendar (later replaced by the gregorian calendar) is based on the (presumed) birth-year of Jesus, not on the "birth of the world", which is why the original prefixes of the calendar are "Before Christ" and "After Christ" (Anno Domomini). It baffles me that people who claim to be deep in christianity fail to grasp this distiction in recent years. Within the bible, there is a whole books worth of events that happened before "the big J".

That assumes that those people read their book. Or that they can fluently read for that matter.
