"New study shows that food has nutrients"

"Study finds link between a simple liquid and staying healthy"

Fucking water

Could'a been sweet potatoes. He didn't know.

Aren't sweet potatoes root tubers?

Still vegetables.

"Death hates these two life-prolonging hacks!"

Article: eat veggies and get exercise.

I hate when people say that something is healthy because it has "nutrients". I mean, yeah, it's probably true but everything has nutrients. And of course there are supplements and stuff which are literally pure nutrients.

on the other side of the spectrum there's "healthy is when salad" which also drives me up the wall

the worst part is that healthy food can mostly be described by "avoid sugar and pre-processed stuff as much as possible, eat as much whole-grain and vegetables as possible", but i guess that's one comma too much for readers to engage with..

I thought it was about Trump.

CNN had a run that at time approximated a good one, but it's time for them to go visit the rabbits now.

Surprise! It sweet potato

I fucken love sweet potatoes and it’s honestly so fucked up that they get relegated to the once-per-year “thanksgiving food” catagory.
